The remediation process is moving along at the 3M site at N. 4th Street and 5th Ave. Wagenbrenner Development has had their Clean Ohio Revitalization Fund (CORF) funding approved for the clean-up at the site.

The demolition may begin in the spring. According to the CORF application the site plan includes market rate apartments over retail in three buildings.

However, even the best laid plans change and with MORPC planning grant in motion and the possibility of a farmer’s market etc it’s too early to tell what the final outcome will look like. And since Woody and Joe’s Ribs is on a separate parcel there might be a little continuity too.
